"Photographers see the world rather than just look at it."
And then to think what happens now on the other side of your continent. Unbelievable.
In Canada we got through it pretty easy but USA has big problems from Hurricane Sandy.
It certainly was a nice day!
Yes one og the best for October.
Nice shots! I love the light reflecting off the water!
The water sparkles like precious jewels...and, I guess that water is equally precious.
Looks like a scene from the South Seas. If it is only 70 degrees, that is one hearty paddler.
The water in Lake Ontario is always much colder than the Air temperature.
It was indeed a lovely day but that water had to be pretty cold.
Oops.. I hit publish instead of preview..It was indeed a lovely day but that water had to be pretty cold. You sure captured the sparkles beautifully. Fine shots, Andy.
Wasn't it a treat?
Yes it certainly was. It's gone downhill since then.
Beautiful shot! Love the sparkles. It looks as if that paddler may have a smooth go of it. I've known Pacific Coast surfers who'd think 21/70 degrees was mighty pleasant.
I just don't understand paddleboarding - seems like a lot of effort for the result you get.
Different strokes for different folks.
Up to 21C? For it would definitely be DOWN to 21C... except it never does... :-D I like these peaceful captures of the paddleboarder on the lake...
Pretty! It almost looks like he's walking on the water (with a long stick!).
Delightful shots.
