| Artist Ean Kools painted this mural as a tribute to Ken Boyle. Ken was a man who cared and gave a lot of his time to his neighborhood in Hespeler, Ontario. In April of 2002 he saved an elderly couple from their burning home by bursting through the front door and guiding the couple to a safe location. Have a look at the beard and you will see the name of is home town that he was so dedicated to. Sadly Ken Boyle past away in his sleep in May of 2016. |
When it's my time, I hope to pass away in my sleep.

ReplyDeleteMurals with a connection to the community are that much more special. I like the selective colorization to draw the eye to the prize!
