I'm going to say pigeons in flight at a lower shutter speed. You take great night shots.
I think it was a a helicopter. This area is in the flight path of the air ambulance.
It is a little to precise for pigeons isn't it? :)

I used a wide angle lens with a focal length of 10mm.
