Fine street photo. Clearly she does not always make good decisions, but she is not a dull person.
Intrigued with her phone - dyed red of course as one can see the roots are dark brown.
That appears to be Marilyn Monroe on her right arm... I'm not sure I'd want the comparison were I her.
That is very red! Btw, at the Olympics running ladies,I see the strangest colours coming along, blue, yellow....
