The station located in Uxbridge, Ontario, now serves as a railway museum and a station of the York Durham Heritage Railway. The station building, with its distinctive "witch's hat" roof was constructed by the Grand Trunk Railway in 1904. It is now owned and maintained by the Township of Uxbridge.

ReplyDeleteOld railway stations are wonderful old buildings, and this one clearly shows. I morn the loss of regular commuter rail service. It is such a great way to get around.
