Camera Critters - Scrounging For Food
For nature, finding food is a never ending struggle. I don't know what happen to the starlings. I have only seen a few at my bird feeder this winter. There's more at Camera Critters
Starlings are certainly tough guys, and generally unliked, but new research being completed in US universities is pointing out that these guys are major predators of farm crop destroying insects.Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
birds are always on the look out for a good meal.

I'd say that goes for humans too. And Genie is probably right. Add crows to that list.
