About the house in Pickering, we would have loved to live there. It was the perfect house for my husband and I, but sadly we were outbid by someone who offered over the asking price. :( Now we are back to square one. And there's not a lot available in Pickering at the moment. But we love that area, esp since my husband is working in Ajax.
