Of course people are kayaking in this kind of boat. Its a method of moving seldom used in the netherlands. Here we use or a paddle with 2 blades or a kind of row construction. Well its the tradition you was grow up in I guess.
This is one of the reasons I love living in Florida....we can go out on the boat year round....except maybe in February. I love the variety of boats in this photo.
