Distracted Walking
We are all aware of the modern day method of reading text messages and walking. It's really nothing new. I caught this gent doing it the old fashion way.
Your Chinatown is very different from the one I knew in San Francisco, which is old and has very close, narrow and congested streets (and, at one time, high rates of tuberculosis).
I like the connection you drew between this photo and the modern issue of texting. I will confess that occasionally I get distracted in both old and new ways. Sorry!
I like the "old-fashioned" way too.
