Yes, that is what they do worldwide, here it is the metro they paint at night when they are parked in a remote area in Amsterdam.
Its everywhere the same. Sometimes a real pity. Sometimes real art. But the pity the most.

I guess rail cars are an easy target. I don't mind tags on things like this; they are quite colorful.

Train cars must be an easy target. So many of them have graffiti.
Is it art or graffiti? Perfect subject for academic debate. Hope the paint on the outside didn't reach the cars inside.

I have a very dim view of taggers. It's a shame they feel they can only express themselves by defacing things.
