The selfie has become the bane of all tourist sites. People stand in front of whatever it is, turn their backs to it, and take their own pictures. How odd is this? Love the bike and the bright yellow color in your photo.
I might have taken three selfies in my life, all for a very special reason. I can't figure out why the look of their own faces is so fascinating to people.
Some chunky old tyres on that bike
ReplyDeleteWonder who have made this photo Andy with that great bike in front. A real good chosen viewpoint. Thats a selfie you may be proud of.
ReplyDeleteYes the oldies also join the modern age!
ReplyDeleteTrue, I do too occasionally. How about you? :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if he knows about Blogger. And Culture Shop; that's a new one for me.
ReplyDeleteCell phone cameras are actually getting pretty darn good. I can't tell, is this guy taking a selfie or is he pointing the camera across the street?
ReplyDeletePerhaps someone's been smokin' too much? I guess in snow country you need snow tires. Cool shot, Andy!
ReplyDeleteThe pink phone case is a nice touch, but it clashes with his jacket.
ReplyDelete...but not me!

ReplyDeleteGood one, Andy!
ReplyDeleteReally almost everyone takes selfies (I don't). This photo made me a smile.
ReplyDeleteThis bike would be great for our winter-snow-time.
Those tyres must have great traction. He seems happy taking the selfie, nice one Andy!
ReplyDeleteQuite a bike!
ReplyDeleteDo like the look on his face - well captured.
