Anytime you need a bird's eye view look for a tiered parking building and head up to the top floor.

    Oh wow, that ia a great view from up there. There have been some graffiti artists been up there too!

    I've done that a couple of times. Great skyline view. There is an awful lot of graffiti in the foreground here.
