They are postal codes used in the mailing address.

Glad to hear that the mail service is working as it should.
This is a most unusual mailbox. Would not have recognized it as mail. And, yes, we do have interference with our mail, but everyone realizes it and may help stop it.
A functional mail service is always appreciated.
i would not have recognized that as a mailbox. our mail has been working just fine...i think it is just a lot of hype about the mail!!
I have not seen one of those boxes defaced by graffiti.

That doesn't look like a mailbox at first sight, it is more a like present wrapped in big gift paper.
The US doesn't have "postal interference" either! That's been proven time and again. Unless you are referring to the removal of boxes.
