Andy, so good to have these barns documented as they are disappearing from our landscapes. There is a certain sadness to see these structures vanish as the nature of agriculture evolves.
It certainly was on it's last leg in this photo. I just watched a story on the PBS Newshour about a place in Michigan where artists have been doing a variety of art with old barns. The actual barns. Sometimes they painted on them and sometimes they cut designs in them. It was interesting.
baby boomers are going to get abused and treated like garbage in the retirement homes. Maybe you boomers shouldn't have been so selfish and arrogant and greedy. Literally everyone hates baby boomers now. Enjoy those retirement homes, and good luck, boomers!
