Shaving may be expected for men, but having a bread saves about 30 hours a year or about 3 months in a lifetime spent shaving. I am sure we can find some other way to wast or use this time.

Rather partial to a clean short beard.
Whenever I'd have one (When I was young) I kept if well trimmed, and I tended to dress a bit better. Strange compensation, don't you think...
