Monday Night

Covid-19 has created a shortage of workers. Competition to attract new staff is fierce, qualified candidates are routinely receiving multiple offers, and workers are driving a harder bargain. Many are demanding a increase in wages.

    People do not want to work where they are in daily contact with the public. Not safe during a pandemic.

    Everything has to be in balance and if the scale gets too light on one side then it tips over. This is a law of nature that applies to everything.
