Yesterday Environment Canada issued a blizzard warning calling for up to 60 cm (23 inches) of snow. The driving conditions brought most of the highways to a standstill. Heavy snowfall and parked cars have impacted the snow clearing operations. There is still a possibility of more flurries today.

ReplyDeleteI spent a winter in Duluth (bad idea) about 35 years ago. I never want to deal with all of that ever again. As always, a terrific picture.
