An interesting comment upon our culture, the spreading of chain fast food shops!
Yes they are. I remember seeing them in Germany in 1985 on my very first trip to Europe.
It must be decades since I have been in one.

A restaurant to be avoided. They do not serve the standard McD food at Hamburger University where they train management. Food should be healthy and sustaining. Unfortunately this stuff is neither.
It's been a decade since I've been there. They did have good fries though.
That's interesting. I'm guessing the menu is a little different?
There was a time when the food was at least edible. The last time I ate at one was perhaps 8 years ago and the food was sugar flavored cardboard.
