;-)))), we just have friends visiting us (Brussels) - temps between 0-10°C (32-50 F) and their 13yo boy refuses to wear jacket (for a few years now), wearing only a hoodie.
I meet people like her on a daily basis, more or less. I am in full Winter uniform and the other person looks like they are heading to the beach. Great shot Andy.

ReplyDeleteThis is common in Alaska. After a really cold spell of -40, when it's -10 it feels like springtime and people peel off layers of clothes. :)

ReplyDeleteAs I become ancient, I find that I need far more wrapping when it's cold. It can be in the mid 30's (F) and I see high school kids in T-shirts.
