Well they are telling dog owners to clean up after their dog - wonder do they supply bags as they do in some areas here.
Too many stupid and/or inconsiderate people...
And hopefully not with the sole of your shoe.
It is everywhere the same, here you must have to take a poop bag with you when you walk the dog. And remove the poop into the bag. When you are lucky there are special poopbaskets nearby to throw the bag in.
