Universal City #3

I started documenting this condo project in 2019. Due to Covid-19 the construction got off to a slow start. Recently it has picked up speed and work has started on 9th floor. The total number of floors is expected to reach 17.

    Poured concrete condos have a reduced appeal after the Miami condo collapse. Wonder if the demand for housing will allow them to fill the building.
