Wind Power

This is one of many that were being installed last September 2011 when I took this photo. They are all up and running now. This one is located about a 20 minute drive north of The Town Of Shelburne.

  2. The provincial government is heavily using tax payers money to subsidize private companies. The private sector would never do it without government assistance.

  3. I know they're controversial but I'm always glad to see them. I think it looks better than, say. a long line of transmission towers.

  5. Amazing to see aren't they! I read that they've figured out a speed now that doesn't kill birds, so now I'm completely happy with them.
