Outside The Snow Is Falling

Andy | Saturday, February 09, 2013 | Best Blogger Tips

I was getting worried as the snow began to drift higher than my boots.

I photographed this one through the stained glass on my front door.

Finally I became brave enough to open the door.

This was the only squirrel that showed up for his daily feed of peanuts.

The sparrows stayed close to the feeder all day. I made sure it never ran out. I did venture outside later and shoveled the snow. Because the snow was coming down heavy my camera stayed indoors.

    1. Best winter boots I have had in my entire life. They are about 20 years old and made by Red Wing Shoes.

  3. Great shots. The boots make a eye catcher as well. Look so polished. Yupp that was my day yesterday Andy. Seeing I am trying to lose those pounds from Christmas to be thin for Spring. I did a demo on my blog today of me. Also have alook at my walking my hubby had done for my walk this week. He is a Darling.

It said we are going to not have the snow stay as it said. Moving to my friends area. N.B and N.S. We can share aye Andy we dont mind.

  6. With these photos I get the drift that it's awful. I usually try to shovel often so that I don' have to contend with the deep stuff...like over my boots.

  9. That first shot is very clever. All of these are very brave, esp. the one where you dared to open the door. I would not have gotten out of bed!
