Weeds And More Weeds

I went down into this ravine to photograph a beaver dam. I was stopped dead in my tracks by theses plants. There were so many of them that I had to turn back. I don't know what they are but I'm pretty sure they are not the dreaded hogweed.

  1. I'm sure it's not hogweed. The flowers look pretty, but I can't tell the name either.

  2. To be stopped by plants is remarkable. But that are the laws of the jungle.

  4. They look familiar but I don't remember the name. So why didn't you just plow through them?

Re your comment on Ocala: That's the first I've noticed this Chinese restaurant but your comment made me it might be part of a large chain.

  8. I was hoping someone had a name for these. Thankfully, I'm not familiar with them. The leaves almost look like mint. Too bad they have taken over so - they're rather pretty in an innocent picture. (But a beaver dam would sure be cool.)

  9. I like them! We have some wild flowers (weeds) growing along the woods in our yard - I bring them in and put them in a vase. Hey, pretty is pretty.
