Signs - The Bicycle Thief

It is a restaurant in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I don't have a clue as to the origin of the name. I'm linking to Lesley's Signs, Signs.

  2. Perhaps an immigrant from holland. Its a profession often done by students who are missing their last transport home after a funny evening or night.

  4. The Bicycle Thief was a movie and maybe it relates to that in some way. I like the angle of this.

  8. Odd. I think there was a movie by that name once maybe, but .... I might want to eat there just to find out why. Maybe that is their reasoning.

  15. Probably from the classicItalien movie. And there's a Swedish youth movie called Cykeltjuven, (same name), from the late 1970s. I'm in it for probably two seconds!
