Signs - Something Change In The Neighbourhood

Andy | Wednesday, August 19, 2015 | Best Blogger Tips

I've heard of a computer reboot and a movie reboot, now you can add a house reboot to the list. Who ya gonna call... Housebusters! The new home will have Beds: 4, Baths: 5, Approx 3000-3500 sq. ft., and the list price is $1,695,000. I'm linking to Lesley's Signs, Signs.

  1. Who wants to have so many bathrooms, only the cleaning of them would make me mad....

  2. Funny front road is called that because you only get a front facade?

  3. What are you gonna do with 3500 sq. ft. of living space?

  4. I'm not fond of monstrous homes on tiny plots. I think they ruin otherwise homey neighbourhoods. Just sayin'.

  5. A big too much for me, but I appreciate the effort: the house looks beautiful!

  6. That is happening in so many places. It seems that the market for expensive houses is strong up there if they can get $1.7 million.

  7. Going from small bungalow to huge mansion? At least it's a nice looking exterior.

  8. If one can afford a 1.6 million dollar home, cleaning is not a problem. Nior is repair or replacement. I just wonder if they will fit in with the neighborhood.

  9. Went to Google earth and see that they get a front row seat to the public building at the park. Not the best porch view.

  10. Yikes! Out of my price range. And like B said, why would anyone want so many bathrooms?

  11. They do massive homes on tiny lots here too. The end result doesn't come out like the artistic depiction.

  12. With 3500 sq feet of living space one would also need a riding vacuum cleaner. Think I might have more fun doing something else with $1.6 million.

  13. I don't think I've seen that kind of advertisement on a renovation before. Very interesting.

  14. I'm with Ellen's comment. Also think that such a large home deserves some acreage to match. I'm sure it would look out of place in the average streetscape. (Unless there were other mansions nearby, of course.)

  16. I am astonished at the size of some houses we see around here, too.

  17. Goodness. Who in the world needs 5 bathrooms?
