Peggy's Cove Village

Located in Nova Scotia the cove is a working fishing village. Fishermen come and go, lobster traps and fish nets can be found on the wharves and roadside, and fishing boats come and go from the local wharf.

    Wonderful photo of the cove. I was born in a small fishing village on Lake Michigan, and the atmosphere of these places always pleases me.

    Great shot of the inlet and fishing boat. Did you find a great seafood restaurant in this village? There use to be fishing villages around Lake Michigan, but now they are mostly gone as commercial fishing has dwindled. There is still lots of sport fishing, but that is entirely different.
