Originally built in 1881 this is the Province Of Ontario’s last remaining covered bridge. It is often referred to as “The Kissing Bridge”, as early horse and buggy drivers would sneak a kiss while driving through the sheltered bridge.

  4. Always enjoyed seeing covered bridges. Used to live near Madison County, Iowa that had three or four covered bridges from the 19th and early 20th Century.

  5. That is the longest covered bridge I've ever seen. Granted, I've only seen two others and one was in Vermont and the other in Missouri.
