you have outdone yourself with this one!
ReplyDeletelove the vertical lines.
Thank you for the feel good comment.
DeleteBeautiful composition, lovely shot.
ReplyDeleteLove the grasses reflect the masts.
ReplyDeleteGreat marina shot. I've noticed that many of the boats in marinas are for sale. The two greatest days for boat owners are the day they buy the boat, and the day the day they sell it.
ReplyDeleteFor sale signs on the boats is a common sight. This was so even before the economic decline.
DeleteEven though your camera focused the foreground of grass, my eyes went directly to the boats! Wow! It's one of those shots you keep looking at because you keep finding something....the yellow house pops out the yellow boat...and....
ReplyDeleteFound you on "view from right here" and enJOYed your work very much.
Gorgeous shot - considering how hot it is right now - I just am relishing what I assume are wonderful cool breezes
ReplyDeleteWow! This is such a nice shot! I love the lines and colors - and the building to the left anchors it nicely. Gee, I can almost smell the salt air, too.
ReplyDeletenice composition.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture you show of a marina. Wishing you a good Sunday :) Hanne Bente / hbt.finus.dk
ReplyDeleteReally nice, Andy. I love to take photos of marinas filled with sailboats. Makes me feel happy...and summery.
ReplyDeleteA beauty! Great how the reflected masts entangle with the blades of grass.
ReplyDeleteA glorious scene. I bet you had fun skulking about in the reeds and greenery getting the best angle and light!
ReplyDeleteActually I though the reeds added depth to the photo.
DeleteLove your shot! Sorry I'm late visiting so late to thank you for sharing on Weekly Top Shot #38... I've not been feeling well.
