  2. I try to keep moving, but can't run 'cause I screwed up my knee a couple of years ago. Lois Anne, on the other hand, has been running for years and we've got tons of trophies to show for it!

  5. Good advice. I just wish so many people didn't ruin their knees jogging and running. Walking makes more sense to me. :))
