Somebody with a grief from the past.
ReplyDeleteSomeone made his point.
ReplyDeleteWell it is true
ReplyDeleteThat would apply to every country in the world.
DeleteInteresting contrast with the "Stolen Lands" sign and then the bit about not feeding pigeons.
ReplyDeleteSuch an interesting place for this statement of protest.
ReplyDeleteLooks like there may have been another sign to the right of the pigeon sign. Perhaps it read: Please do not deface this surface.
ReplyDeleteQuite a statement, to be sure. I've seen it here too, in variations.
ReplyDeleteYep Andy, I agree with you.
ReplyDeleteNot much that can be done about it now...let's move on and try to do better in the future.
ReplyDeleteYou don't know how to react to such a sign!
ReplyDeleteI saw a sign like this on Maui last February. Native folks always have ended up on the short end. Tom The Backroads Traveller
ReplyDeleteInteresting, and somewhat debatable signs. Feeding pigeons just encourages them to increase their population. Of course Indian land was stollen, but I'm still not turning my lawn into a buffalo grassland.
ReplyDeleteso sad, this sign could be displayed in the USA too
ReplyDeleteBold statement
ReplyDeletewho know what this one's talking about, could be a number of things.
ReplyDeleteoh-oh...time to move on people! we hear that here in the usa too...when illegal immigration topics come up, we get called pilgrams and told we are not native lol...it's all so silly!
