Watery Wednesday - Steamy Lake

Andy | Wednesday, January 26, 2011 | Best Blogger Tips

It was a bitterly cold day of -12 celsius when I took this photo. The wind was blowing in from the south side (USA) of Lake Ontario. The rising steam you see is from the hot water outlet flowing from the nuclear power plant. What else is wet? Head over to Water Wednesday and find out.

  4. It is hard to go wrong with a waterfront photo... this one looks cold and a bit turbulent! I hope that you did not get wet in taking this shot!

  7. WATER

    Water in a drop of rain,
    Water swirling down the drain;
    Water clinging to the trees,
    Water filling up the seas;
    Water frozen, water free,
    Water is the stuff for me!
