Halcyon... You are right on with the location. The post footer has a Google map location link. What no tattoos? I'm the only one in my family without one.
It looks a whole lot nicer than most of these places I see (most of them are very seedy looking around here). I still don't think I'd go there though ;>)
Pretty cool signage. I had to blow it up and up and up and finally decided it says “New Skin.” Hope that is right. You were certainly RIGHT when it comes to the 1 step over the border to Canada. The hikers count every ounce and either do not want to carry a passport (like Buddy) or do not have one. That is the point were the trail ends so his putting one foot over it shows he completed the trail. Usually there is another hiker close by to shoot the picture. I did not worry with the Appalachian Trail, but this one is so remote is frightens me for him. He is 10 years older so it is going to be a lot harder. We shall see. Genie
Is this down by the water? Near Frenchman's Bay? I think I've seen it. But probably would never frequent this shop myself. :)

ReplyDeleteI can't make out the design on the left of the sign.
ReplyDeleteCool - but hard to read!
ReplyDeleteWhen you decide to get one, I think you should give them your arm, or ankle, or...
ReplyDeleteHmmm I'd like to have one ^_^

ReplyDeleteI had to figure it out, Next of Skin, cool sign. Our local tattoo parlor is called 'Sink the Ink' and has a nautical theme.

ReplyDeleteIt's like, "If you can decipher the code (sign), you can get a tattoo!" Ha ha
ReplyDeleteThe font is difficult to read. For those who had problems, it reads Next Of Skin.
ReplyDeleteI'm amazed at how many tattoo places there are nowadays!
