Dunno what the red stuff is, but the photo is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThanks Bibi. I guess you and I are city slickers.
ReplyDeletePerhaps a kind of winter wheat. But I love the picture Andy such a typical rural scene.
ReplyDeleteIt could be soybeans.
ReplyDeletedon't know the crop, but the dome of the silo is rusting, hope it is not inside.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, and I'm betting it's a red wheat crop.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea what they are growing but it's a beautiful scene!
ReplyDeleteHey Eye Candy Andy,
ReplyDeleteOutstanding shot! That main barn is HUGE, we don't see them quite THAT big around here
Thank you very much for joining, much appreciated! =)
Beautiful view...and looks like soybeans to me.
ReplyDeleteThose are soy beans growing in that field. The two crops most commonly grown around here are corn and soy beans. Fine photo.
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid I am another whois useless at crop identification. I really think there should be signs on fences for us city folk to know what we are looking at.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Taken For Granted. It;s a common crop here and I always wondered what it was.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful barn. That could be soy beans. ^)^ Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteBarn Charm
Very scenic...love the big silos too. Pretty crop whatever it is...really adds to the picture!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful scene!
ReplyDeleteLove the rural scene! I really like the twin silos.
ReplyDeleteDo not have a clue but the barn and the RED crop are superb. Love this post. You really did a fine job this week. genie
