Very nice graphical composition again with not to much colors and distracting elements. I like it Andy. Well done.
ReplyDeleteThat makes a nice picture from a different angle on the ice.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful winter shot! Kind of weird to know you're standing over what would normally be open water.
ReplyDeleteNature is an effective artist.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great to get a perspective you would not normally be able to get? I like the sun obscured behind the clouds. They look like snow clouds.
ReplyDeleteIt looks a bit mysterious.
ReplyDeleteAwesome shot!
ReplyDeletewow...and by the prints in the snow, looks like a few critters took the walk, too!
ReplyDeleteOh, very cool! I've never taken a walk across a frozen lake.
ReplyDeleteAnd that ol' boat dock provided a perfect frame for your photo. That sure looks cold, though!
ReplyDeleteI always get spooked by the sound of the ice cracking beneath my feet, Andy!
ReplyDeleteHope this was fresh water as salt water freezes at a much lower temperature. Lovely photo. Glad to know you stayed dry while shooting it.
ReplyDeleteYou caught quite a mood here. Very nice shot. I'm unaccustomed to walking on water... ;- >
ReplyDeleteWonderful shot!
ReplyDeleteA most evocative winter photo. Well done, Andy
ReplyDeleteSimple but it is priceless this picture.
