A prefer color to Andy but also the great angle of view you used here. Splendid.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a sleeping monster.
ReplyDeleteYour perspective makes the tractor tires look monstrous!
ReplyDeleteLooks huge!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it's sugar coated now.
ReplyDeleteAnd from this angle you used, it looks even more gi-normous! The truck look like it's covered in cake frosting:)
ReplyDeleteThat's a big one! You'd think the farmer would want to protect it from the elements, but then I guess the shed would have to be HUGE!
ReplyDeleteReally neat perspective, Andy!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great photo of an impressive tractor. I believe it is an Agco Challenger MT 975B, the largest articulated tractor made (2006-2009). It is impressive at 570 hp in the 60,000 lb class (28 tons!) capable of pulling more than 30,000 lbs at the drawbar. Fueling it is not cheap as it takes 390 gallons of #2 diesel, and burns about 32 gallons per hour. These tractors sell used for between $200,000 to $300,000. I would keep it inside, but it takes a huge shed.
ReplyDeleteSure is huge. Great shot.
ReplyDeleteNice one, Andy! I don't think they will be using it for awhile. ;-)
ReplyDeleteThough it's almost buried in show this sure looks bigger and fancier than the one I posted yesterday. Not only huge tires, but twice as many, too. Whew! That's quite an investment.
ReplyDeleteI like Lulu's characterization of it as ginorouns! Something like this must cost a small fortune. One would think that it would be covered to help preserve the investment. But, maybe that is just the thinking of a city boy like me.
ReplyDeleteIt is huge! And look at that snow! Very cool photo!
ReplyDeleteOh, this looks REALLY cold.
ReplyDeleteSuperb image! There's an old farm saying "too wet to plow"; for this one it's "too COLD to plow".
ReplyDeleteThat is a serious piece of machinery!
