Beards
FUZZY. When I asked him for permission to take his photo he was a gentleman about it. He stopped and let me take a few. He told me he gets a lot request. I like the necktie that he is using as a head band.
Wow Andy, that is something to look at on a rainy Monday morning here. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYou found a good one to photograph.
ReplyDeleteMust be a lot of old food in there.
ReplyDeleteHe obviously gets lots of attention because of his "fuzzy" beard. Wonder how he'd look with a trim?
ReplyDeleteBack in the day we would say, 'cool dude'.
ReplyDeleteOld hippies never die, they just grow longer beards and hair ;)
ReplyDeleteI like the pocket he sewed onto his shirt. Blends right in. Heck, maybe it came that way.
ReplyDeleteA street corner model and used to the camera...love it.
ReplyDeleteBoy is he proud of all that hair!
ReplyDeleteEr . . .
ReplyDeleteWhoa! I suddenly had a 60s flashback! Only none of us had grey hair then.
ReplyDeletelots of hair there!
ReplyDeleteJerry Garcia lives!
ReplyDeleteHis hair is just as bad. He needs a hair trim also. I guess the saying is. Don't judge a book by its cover. Read it. So looks like he read you well for the answer he gave back to you. He has a great tan so he is an outside person .
ReplyDeleteMine you. I have a nephew who has a beard like him. And one of our friends the same. Both have had it for years. I asked them why so long with out shaving guys. They both said. Cannot imagine not having a beard.
That's a serious beard! Sounds like he enjoys the attention.
ReplyDeleteAnother flashback!
ReplyDeleteNow that's a beard. Tom The Backroads Traveller
ReplyDeleteNow THATS a beard! O_o
ReplyDeleteWe are having a heard competition today, Andy.
ReplyDeleteIt all looks a little scruffy to me. We all have our own style I guess...

There's a lot of character in that face.. and you've captured it well. I still do not have the guts to ask someone if I can photograph them. The closest I've come is requesting permission to snap someone's kidlets. That seems easier for me for some reason. But I'm glad you have the nerve.. it lands you some fine photos.
ReplyDeleteHow nice that he he doesn't mind having his photo taken!
