Photographing  Coca-Cola machines is my new project. This one is located outside of a motel laundromat.

  2. Good luck with that. I would think you would have plenty of opportunities. But then I'm not certain whether these are as ubiquitous as they once were.

  3. I'm guessing we see less and less of these coke machines than we used to. Every gas station had one but now gas stations and combination affairs and usually offer a variety of drinks inside the building. I like the shadows in this shot, too.

    1. I think you are right Lowell. The lack of Coke machines should make this project more challenging. It is just what I need to start clicking again.

  4. Hopefully, you can find one of the old school Coke machines. They're about as common as pay phones here, though.

  5. Great choice of subject. My beverage of choice. Brings back the memory of the chest type dispenser my uncle bought me a coke from at his workplace many, many years ago. Waiting to see a photo of that design.

  6. Interesting project. There is quite a variety on machines out there so it should be interesting.

  11. You have set yourself an unusual project, Andy. I look forward to seeing the results. You are off to a great start. The Coke machine is the only thing not deteriorated here.

  13. A typical location. Some grocery stores still have one in the entrance or out the doors.
