About the only thing that would stop these guys would be safety conditions... such as high winds etc.

    They must really work up a sweat if they're only wearing sweaters and/or a fleece jacket. At least it's sunny for them!

    There's a project here that still involves working in the elements, as the upper floors are still open at present. I don't think they were working in that part of the building when our big storm came through earlier this week.
