  5. One thing is for certain - where I live the municipal pickup folks would not give this pile a second look, it's not properly packed!

  9. They either put it out late or the trash folks are on strike. Did you read how garbagemen in New York City make well over $100K a year? I was in Baltimore in 1974 when there was a garbage strike. What a gawdawful mess. Piles of garbage everywhere and the smell was unbelievable.

  10. Ouch - I guess this is quite an unusual heap of garbage in the streets! Over here in Germany the fines for wild dumping are really substantial - if you can get the responsible people, that is.

  14. There is really lots of garbages. It doesn't look nice.
    I wonder always whenever some countries, the garbage is collected on the street. Here in Finland it is banned.
