  3. It's a mite too early for holiday decorations; it would be nice if retailers waited 'til after Thanksgiving. The reindeer is certainly festive, tho.

    1. Kate Thanksgiving is over in Canada. Canadians held theirs on Oct. 21. That way we get to pick the best turkeys before you Yankees have a chance. :-)

  5. Way too early for that but it might get the shoppers in the mood to spend a bunch of money. It is a nice display though.

  6. I'd never thought about Canadians needing to beat the U.S. to turkeys with an earlier Thanksgiving...makes sense the way some of us eat here. Pretty cool reindeer. I'm steeling myself for the annual Christmas countdown. And no, I'm not ready.

  7. Wow, that is spectacular, I'll be it looks REALLY cool when it's dark (of course they don't turn out the lights with shoppers in the mall, just saying.)... Thank you for coming by sharing your creative photography on the Weekly Top Shot, #108!

  8. I think they'd look even better outdoors in a large open space (for example: a farmers field, or on a large lake frozen over).

Nonetheless, I really like your composition of these giant beasts.

  10. Terrifying! Sci-fi Reindeer. I'd keep coming back and peeping round the corner to check it hadn't escaped.
