That's like a double whammy for the meme. A sign about a firm that covers up signs. Way to go! Yeah, hopefully they're not covering up any Banksy works of art (looking at the comment above). Huge differences in the meaning of the word. My standard is if the property owner requested it, it's fine, if they didn't, it isn't!
So why is the car advertising graffiti removal look like it is covered with graffiti? Hope they stay away from artists work like Banksy and others like him and concentrate on spray can scribblers.
Must be the enemy of the mural community.
ReplyDeleteWow. Interesting how some cities set aside space for graffiti and others ban it.
ReplyDeleteI think they have a full time job.
ReplyDeleteSo they rip of the council to remove graffiti they don't want
ReplyDeleteThat would be a good business to have. There is a big difference between graffiti and murals.
ReplyDeleteI bet they have a lucrative business!
ReplyDeleteWow.. that's a new one to me. There is certainly some graffiti that I like. I suspect their vehicles get "painted" from time to time.
ReplyDeleteProbably pretty good business for them around town!
ReplyDeleteThat's certainly a sign of the times, isn't it? (Looks like an interesting neighborhood. Does Toronto have many cobbled streets like that?)

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen one of these - yet!
ReplyDeleteBoy oh boy, could've used something like this in 1990s New York! Great capture, I'd never have been quick enough:)
ReplyDeleteNever seen this with a business and a car with advert. Great.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen one like this before, but I applaud them. I am not a fan of graffiti.
ReplyDeleteGreat find! Do they 'repair' grafiti or apprehend offenders?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for a local business...and nicely identified on the car. You came up with a find one this week. g
ReplyDeleteGreat catch! great advertisement to let the taggers know that it will just be covered up!
