  4. I worked for two years in Chicago and was living in an apartment the overlooked the Chicago River. I used to see the procession of boats come in from the lake every fall so they could be taken out of the water. I always enjoyed seeing that. Many people had parties on their boats for the trip up river.

  5. That looks like a lot of work! That's why our boats are a kayak and a canoe. Just pick them up and store them in the garage! That's a great shot Andy!

  7. This would be the part of owning a boat that I would not like. I think boats and swimming pools are for the rich. They can hire people to do the cleaning and the winterizing. We never had a boat, but we did have a pool for 18 years and it was one big pain in the back!
