A very straight architectural shot.I hope they have tested these buildings in a wind tunnel to prevent to harsh conditions for people on the ground because this kind of placing high buildings can give an undesirable side effect on air flows in between.
ReplyDeleteIt almost looks artificial, like a future building.
ReplyDeleteGood drive by that, they look big
ReplyDeleteI have friends who moved to Toronto last fall and every time I see photos of apartment buildings I wonder if this might be where they are living.
ReplyDeleteWow! Nice towers.
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome shot, Andy! I would not want to live in one but they really are something to see.
ReplyDeleteHuge towers, but quite good looking. Interesting contrast with the nice red building on the left.
ReplyDeleteThey're probably light and sunny inside - but I'm not wishing I lived there...
ReplyDeleteI hope you were a passenger, Andy!
ReplyDeleteIt's getting to be the case in so many places, here it looks pretty good (not so much when I see them developing rapidly along tropical islands, say...)
ReplyDeletepretty snazzy, I like them.
ReplyDeletePretty! I've always loved tall buildings!
ReplyDeleteGood golly, Miss Molly...they are huge. Remind me of Miami Bech. Those cars look to be moving quickly!
ReplyDeleteI think this is the first wide angle scene from Toronto that I have seen recently that didn't have cranes all over the place. Did you Photoshop them out?
ReplyDeleteNo Photoshop here Jack. The vast majority of construction is in the downtown area. This wide angle was taken in the suburbs.
