Nice shot Andy. Is this church still in use?
ReplyDeleteBuilt in 1902 and still in use.
DeleteYou were there at the right time! Excellent photo.
ReplyDeleteAnd there was!
ReplyDeleteNice shot!
ReplyDeleteYou got a private message and invitation!
ReplyDeleteNicely done!
ReplyDeleteAnd you did a good job. But two things... I've heard that "She" said "Let their be light," and some folks are doubtful that that light would shine on a Baptist church. But then again, your Baptist churches are quite different from our Southern Baptist churches. Heh, heh!
ReplyDeleteSuperbe batisse ;o)
ReplyDeletegorgeous image!! right time, right place!!!
ReplyDeleteWith shots like this including the sun, I always worry about burning the camera sensor. But it makes for a dramatic photo. Nice title.
ReplyDeleteGood catch, Andy!
ReplyDeleteGreat brick! Love the sun flare, too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful light!
ReplyDeleteYes, He did say it, and yes, you photographed it beautifully. What a gorgeous capture. This is a really special picture.
ReplyDeleteHah! Nicely done.
ReplyDeletemost excellent
ReplyDeleteWell done! Your caption has put a big smile on my face.
ReplyDeleteLight indeed, and lots of it.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Jesus is coming down out of the clouds! Nice capture.
ReplyDeleteYou got something really beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGreat Andy...
ReplyDeleteWe have many church's in my old area. We have one 100 years old or more at Maple lake Haliburton Highlands.
ReplyDeleteWhen Tornado went through the church stood tall and the 200 year old trees all went down.
Great take Andy. Beautiful old Church.
