This is actually a continuation of yesterdays post. The falcon is a working bird. There were two of them at the ribfest and they were used to keep the seagulls away. It worked! I also noticed they kept the elephants away. (smile)

This past weekend the Rotary Clubs of Ajax and Pickering held their annual Ribfest event. The ribs I ate were so tender I almost did not have to chew them. Oh yah,they were also delicious.

The Trillium is the official provincial flower of Ontario, Canada. They bloom on shaded forest floor in the early spring. The flower last for about three weeks.
