Future Master Plan

Andy | Thursday, January 09, 2020 | Best Blogger Tips
Demolishing the old for the new. The plan is to start demolition of the old Sears building. With three condominium towers allocated for living purposes, the new development complex will also consist of a planned hotel, an arts centre, an outdoor ice rink, a combined senior and youth centre, and a central library expansion. As well, a premium will be put on local accessibility by constructing a thoroughfare network of pedestrian-friendly walkways thereby ensuring the area’s longevity as a bustling downtown core and central meeting place for shoppers and workers alike.
