It's cold and raining but that did not stop this fisherman. He was catching pike and releasing them. |

...now, doesn't this look like fun!
ReplyDeleteNot my idea of a good time!
ReplyDeleteYou must really determinated to fish in these conditions. But we can say that perhaps also from the photographer here and it delivers. Well done Andy.
ReplyDeleteI like black and white photography, I find it a nice softness but judging by the attitude of the fisherman, he must not have been very hot.
ReplyDeleteand the gull wants some. :)
ReplyDeleteThat must be someone who LOVES fishing.
ReplyDeleteThe sharper definition on the fisherman brings out his feelings of being cold and wet
ReplyDeleteSe nota en la cara del pescador que por lo menos debe hacer mucho frío. El blanco y negro remarca la sensación de frío.
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo.
Some fishermen are truly addicted.
ReplyDeleteNot my idea of a good time, but some love it.
ReplyDeleteSome would call that devotion...I have a different term for it.
ReplyDeleteDoes look bleak.
ReplyDeleteNice capture in black and white.
That just looks painful to be out in the cold when it is raining.
ReplyDeleteA perfect time for monochrome...
ReplyDeleteI never understand that to pull a fish out of the water and throw it back. What is the fun of that for the fish....
ReplyDeleteThat is a dedicated individual! I used to do stuff like that.
ReplyDeletethat could have been me quite a few years ago Andy... living at the lake now let's me choose my time to fish... i also catch and release Bass and Pike... but i bring the Pickerels home to eat....peter:)
ReplyDeleteWhat ever one does is okay. My brother was a fisherman and stay out for hours in the boat. But he always brought back the big ones and let the small ones go. Great B.W . Picture.
