Jumbo

Andy | Saturday, July 25, 2020 | | Best Blogger Tips
Jumbo was billed as the largest elephant in the world. He was the star attraction at “The Greatest Show on Earth,” the Barnum & Bailey Circus that was performing in St. Thomas, Ontario when he was struck and killed by a train locomotive on September 15, 1885. In his memory, the townspeople commisioned Winston Bronnum of Sussex, New Brunswick to construct this life sized statue made of concrete and steel reenforcing rods. The Jumbo statue was unveiled June 28, 1985 in St. Thomas.

Face Mask

Andy | Friday, July 10, 2020 | Best Blogger Tips

Starting to day, in my part of the world, it is mandatory for residents to wear masks within public indoor spaces. All residents will be required to wear masks or face coverings when in enclosed commercial spaces as well as “business offices open to the public” and other public buildings, such as libraries and community centres.

Children under two are exempted from the policy, as well as anyone with a medical condition that makes it difficult for them to wear a mask.

Smart Geese

Andy | Monday, July 06, 2020 | Best Blogger Tips
Geese are not as dumb as some people think. When it comes to food they can survive on grass alone... and thanks to humans locating parks next to water it becomes easy food for the geese to eat. While the clan eats, there is always one bird that that stands on guard for predators. The guard is easy to spot. He is standing on the right, These geese are showing much more intelligence than some people. They practice social Distancing.
