She originally was asking to me to make a donation to a worldwide program to feed the children. I already have charities that I donate to... so that was end of that. She seemed like a very nice person... so I asked her to make up her own pose so I could photograph her. She agreed and this is what I got.

Since You’re Here …

Andy | Thursday, February 15, 2018 | Best Blogger Tips
In 2017 more than 15,000 people have crossed the USA Canadian border into Canada illegally to claim refugee status. Many were in the United States legally and some interviewed said they might have stayed were it not for an immigration crackdown. And while anyone can try to claim asylum in Canada, there’s no guarantee they’ll be accepted.

Street Poverty

Andy | Saturday, February 10, 2018 | Best Blogger Tips
Those who live with chronic poverty often struggle to overcome multiple disadvantages. These include:
Housing situations that range from acceptable subsidized housing.
Low education levels.
Difficulty in finding or keeping employment.
Addictions or varying degrees of mental or physical health issues.
Poor social or support networks.

When you are down and out never pass up a good cigarette butt. People become trapped and this can steal any hope they have.

Leg Posture

Andy | Wednesday, February 07, 2018 | Best Blogger Tips
Did you notice the woman with her legs crossed? I have also seen men doing it but the gals do it more often. I don't understand how they keep their balance. Then again like most men I don't understand women.

Sunlight Glare

Andy | Thursday, February 01, 2018 | | Best Blogger Tips
Believe it or not, this is not a B&W photo. It was a bright sunny day and the sunlight was causing a brilliant light reflection off the water. That in turn bleached any colours from the scene. The two on the breakwall were doing the same thing as me... taking pictures.
